Lot Description  

In 1948 Bill Powell compiled an 11-3 record for the Birmingham Black Barons helping them win the Negro American League pennant. That same year he started and won the All-star game. He went 15-4 in the 1950 season. Powell pitched for 15 years and also served in World War II.

This card is in VG condition.
