1923-24 Billiken of Negro Leaguer Isidro Fabré graded old-label SGC 50 / SGC 4. Fabré played for the Cuban Stars in the American Negro Leagues and was a solid 2-way player (pitching and fielding / batting).

Issued in Cuba as a tobacco insert for Billiken Cigars (and scarcer La Moda backs), this rare 60-card set features black-and-white real-photo player portraits measuring roughly 2" x 2½–2?". The fronts are simple in design, with player name and team printed beneath the image, while the backs contain Spanish advertising text. Distributed during the Cuban Winter League season, the set includes stars from Cuban baseball, the Negro Leagues, and Major League Baseball, including Oscar Charleston, Cristóbal Torriente, Pop Lloyd, and José Méndez. The cards are known for their photographic quality, rarity, and fragile yet glossy paper stock.
