The 1946-47 Sensacion premiums were issued in Cuba and consisted of 27 total large format premiums that measured approximately 7 3/4 by 11 3/4 inches and were printed on thin, fragile stock making them extremely condition sensitive. As a result, most surviving examples are found trimmed down to the border like the two in this lot.
