1922 Romeo y Julieta of Negro Leaguer Eustaquio (Bombín) Pedroso, CGC 2.5. It doesn't get any more rare: this is a pop 1 card in terms of graded population.
A 20-year veteran of Cuban and American Negro Leagues, Pedroso is perhaps best known for shutting out the visiting Detroit Tigers 1-0 in 11 innings in a game played in Cuba on November 8, 1909. But Pedroso should be much more popular, with a career WAR estimated over 40, amassed during a 20+ year career playing multiple positions for several notable teams.
The 1922 Romeo y Julieta cigar set was originally documented via the more commonly seen boxing cards. The baseball cards and boxing cards look similar but feature different backs. Unfortunately, very few baseball cards have survived from this set, with only 6 total cards graded by CGC. There is some uncertainty about the actual date of distribution of the baseball cards, since they utilize 1909 photos, and the backs provide 1915 statistics. CGC authenticates the baseball cards as “c. 1922" and considers them as contemporary to the boxing cards.
