1962 JF31 (Japanese) Don Newcombe Tachibana Seika PSA 4, pop 5 card at PSA in all grades.

Newcombe started his career in the Negro Leagues, played several successful seasons in MLB, and finished his career in Japan. Newcombe was the first pitcher to win the Rookie of the Year, Most Valuable Player, and Cy Young awards during his career. In 1949, he became the first black pitcher to start a World Series game. In 1951, Newcombe became the first black pitcher to win 20 games in a season.
