Lot Description  

1950-51 Toleteros card of Jim "Junior" Gilliam. Before his 14 year Major League career that included winning Rookie of the Year in 1953, Gilliam succeeded the great Sammy T. Hughes as the 2nd baseman for the Baltimore Elite Giants in the 1940's teaming with Pee Wee Butts to make a formidable double-play combo.

Card has nice eye-appeal, but technically grades Good to Very Good due to some paper loss on the back.
