1948-49 Toleteros Jimmie Bennett (Negro Leaguer, Indianapolis Clowns). This is an exceptionally clean example with no evidence of back damage or album removal. 

The debut Toleteros issue in 1948-49 features 176 cards measuring 1 1/2” x 2 ¼”. The cards were part of a game concept that also involved an album into which cards were often pasted. The cards in this set are borderless, black and white, sepia-toned portraits on matte cardboard stock that is relatively thick. Backs are printed in black with the name TOLETEROS, and different baseball plays numbered 1-84 and corresponded to the game.
