1950-51 Toleteros Roy Partlow SGC 5.5. This is a pop 10 card in all grades at SGC.

Partlow was an American pitcher in the Negro Leagues, playing between 1934 and 1951. In 1946, he was one of the first African American players signed by the Brooklyn Dodgers organization, and he spent part of that season playing with Jackie Robinson at Montreal.

The standard 1950-51 Toleteros issue marked a major visual upgrade, switching to color photography and larger cards measuring roughly 1¾" x 2½". Unlike the earlier sets, these cards are blank-backed rather than game cards. The issue is especially prized for its striking photography and legendary player roster, including rare cards of Negro League stars such as Josh Gibson.
